These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ScreenTest ("the Service"), operated by Liam Gordes as a sole trader, ABN 89 627 248 246 ("we", "us", "our").

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using ScreenTest, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Accounts

You may create an account to track progress and access additional features. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Subscriptions

ScreenTest Plus is a paid subscription that unlocks additional puzzles and the archive. The subscription is billed monthly at the price shown at checkout and includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. You may cancel at any time through your payment provider.

Refund policy

All purchases and subscription fees are final. We do not offer refunds. If you experience a billing issue, please contact us and we will review it on a case-by-case basis.

Intellectual property

ScreenTest, its design, code, logos and original content are owned by us. Game data and images are sourced from third-party databases and remain the property of their respective owners.

Limitation of liability

ScreenTest is provided for entertainment purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
